(The HeArt of an Entrepreneurial Mindset) 

The T.H.E.M. (The HeArt of an Entrepreneurial Mindset) program focuses on cultivating self-confidence in K-12 youth through Creative Expression, Financial Literacy, Mentorship, and International Travel. The initiative provides students with valuable experiences in Travel Exposure, Financial Keys to Success, and Community Outreach for our children, fostering connections with professionals in the Creative and Financial industries. Moreover, T.H.E.M. offers diverse programs such as the Expand Your Horizon Financial Workshops,  Culture Film Festivals and Screenings, and Word Sound Power Poetry Slams & Workshops. Together, these activities aim to broaden our youth perspectives, celebrate culture through film and poetry, and encourage intergenerational wisdom and mentorship through enjoyable drum and dance collectives.

Financial Keys to Success

Gordon Brown Fellows & Junior Achievement Teams up with Zen Way Foundation to create the T.H.E.M.' Finical Keys to Success" to offer an interactive financial curriculum for our students. Students learn the keys to financial success in Business, the Arts, and the Business of life.

Community Power Network

Students learn the importance and benefits of networking in their community. Students meet accomplished professionals from the Creative and Financial industries (i.e., CFOs, Producers, Photographers, Recording Artists, museums, etc.). These intimate meetings foster connections that bring T.H.E.M. insight into the challenges, strategies, and skills it takes to acquire and excel in these positions, start & build their businesses, and spark opportunities within these connections.

Expand Your Horizon Assembly

T.H.E.M. offers students the opportunity to assist in their expansion of THEMselves. As an Educated and Professional team, we have a wealthy network that will entertain and educate the students.
